Prices are per month. Business Standard is $25 a month for the first user and $20 a month for each additional user, so a team of three is $65 a month. If you expect to send more than a Personal plan allows, Business has no envelope limit.

How the price compares per envelope
The price per seat is only half the story, because most plans cap the documents each user can send in a year. Here is the cost per envelope when each plan is fully used. Business Standard has no cap, so its cost per envelope keeps falling the more you send.

Other plans are published list prices with annual billing from leading e-signature providers that charge per user and cap envelopes per user, gathered in July and August 2026 from vendor pricing pages and third-party summaries. They change often. Not every provider caps envelopes, so compare the terms for your own volume. Seat counts assume you buy seats only to cover document volume. Features, integrations, support and other terms differ between plans, so compare those as well as price. If anything is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Are electronic signatures legally binding?
In most cases, yes. In the United States the ESIGN Act and UETA give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones for most documents, and the EU (eIDAS), the UK and many other countries have similar rules.
